Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Security Alarm Monitor . The location of this position is at Fort Carson, Colorado . The qualified candidate will responsible for providing physical security through the management of personnel access to restricted areas and facilities. Monitors alarm systems and Close Circuit Televisions (CCTVs), maintains appropriate automated and manual logs and computer databases, responsible for performing the above tasks and may perform other related duties as designated. Assist with security improvements to the access controls to strengthen existing programs, and ensures that unauthorized individuals are prevented from accessing the facility and safeguards against possible espionage, damage, theft and related threats. Cordially greets visitors and ensures that all visitors entering the controlled access areas in the Mission Training Complex (MTC). Determines nature of business and issues appropriate visitor security badges according to clearance level. Maintains the visitor log and requests file; tracks and records all issued security badges.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years' experience
Secret Security Clearance
Familiar with Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)
1 year experience in the physical security / access control
Experience operating CCTV's
Experience with security badging process
Preferred Qualifications :
2 years JPAS experience
Experience as a FSO
Salary Minimum: $21.94/Hr H/W: $4.22/Hr.
Salary Maximum: $21.94/Hr H/W: $4.22/Hr.
