Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts asan informed team member providing analysis of information and limited projectdirection input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices andprocedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines andinterprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.Responsibilities:Participates as a member of project team of other software systems engineersand internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, costeffective and high qualitysolutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem.Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced developmentpartners regarding software systems design status, project progress, andissue resolution.Handles customer reported issues, product problems, service questions andgeneral client concerns.Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients atall times.Creates troubleshoot playbook for the product assigned.Participates on-call rotation and drives postmortem for production outages.Automates manual support process and improve overall efficiency.Education and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.Typically 2-4 years experience.Knowledge and Skills:Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to remain professional and courteous with clients at all time.General Rest API, JSON, XML, Python and other scripting language knowledge.Familiar with AWS and general networking knowledge.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate problem solutions.#LI-POST AdvertisementHP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
