Supervises, trains, coaches, and mentors installation and repairtechnicians. Responsible for the safe and efficient installation and repair ofAllo products and services. Ensures ALLO delivers the highest level ofcustomer service possible.1. Supervise a team of installation and repair technicians to ensurecompliance with all company standards, specifically safety and quality.2. Selects, trains, coaches, and mentors team members.3. Responsible for conducting formal coaching and reviews with employeesunder this position's supervision.4. Ensure all material, equipment and supplies are available for the teammembers.5. Manage workload to effectively meet customer demand.6. Available for call out situations.7. Ensures proper communication and coordination of installation and repairactivities with other Field Operation teams as well as customer service andconstruction teams as needed.8. Serve as a customer interfacing escalation point.9. Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:1. High school diploma or equivalent2. Associates degree or 2-4 years of equivalent work experienceEXPERIENCE:1. Experience managing operational processes2. Experience leading a team3.
