We are seeking a Manager I, Nutrition for our Fort Morgan, Colorado plant.
We Ask Of You To:
Lead and manage a production department at an efficient cost with the expected customer service and quality that maintains market competitiveness and further enhances cost efficiency/product marketability through the production of dairy food products.
Develop, monitor, and analyze budget results, quality efficiency, and labor to determine if standards are being met.
Provide daily coordination of production schedules between production department, pretreatment, warehouse, and maintenance to assure maximum production.
Ensure that department employees' development plans and required training are completed, and safety programs are effectively implemented.
Build an effective team through the engagement of individuals and the team as a whole.
Drive continuous improvement through the involvement of employees while ensuring a safe work environment, quality and customer service expectations are met, and preventing problems before they happen.

You Have (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in a Dairy Science, Food Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
2+ years of progressive leadership experience
8+ years of experience in food manufacturing
Proficient computer knowledge, with familiarity or ability to learn SAP or other manufacturing computer computer systems.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Dairy/Cheese Manufacturing Experience Preferred.
Direct leadership experience managing other exempt employees.
