When you're ready to learn,grow, and make a contribution to your community, find your career with us.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Work involves operating, maintaining and repairing building HVAC equipmentand building automation systems, which includes troubleshootingelectrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating and refrigeration systems.Employee will prepare and maintain a variety of routine reports and recordsand participate in calculating HVAC requirements for current and future countyParticipating in snow removal operations.Will be required to periodically be on call to include emergency evening .and.weekend hours.QUALIFICATIONS:High school graduation or equivalent certificate and a minimum of three yearsHVAC maintenance experience and skills in the operation of HVAC diagnostic andrepair equipment.Requires thorough knowledge of the processes involved in the installation,repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical andmechanical systems,and must have current Universal Refrigerant license.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Must have valid driver's license. If from out of state, applicant mustobtain a valid Colorado driver's license within 90 days of hire date. Mustnot have any major violations, nor more than one DUI, DWI, DWAIconviction in the past three years.Offer of employment contingent on national (CJIS) and local criminalhistory, MVR check, and education verification. You must provideinformation for background investigation.
