I. Job Summary *
Manages and coordinates the activities of Energy Services crews, which includes the allocation of manpower, equipment, and resources for industrial cleaning and well pad services at drilling locations.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities *
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Manages field crews performing well pad services and industrial cleaning on
multiple drill locations.
Interacts with E&P company representatives on well pad operations.
Manages field tickets and paperwork flow for billing of projects.
Completes OBAs of field crews, safety meetings, and safety evaluations on a weekly basis.
Supports business development by identifying new service opportunities in the field with the E&P companies.
Interfaces with customer rig foreman regularly.
Frequently travels (locally) between oil and gas well pads.

The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of supervisory employees. This includes:

IV. Qualifications *
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and five years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Five years of oil and gas experience with industrial cleaning field work including three years of supervisory experience over field crews involved in energy services, remediation, and/or heavy construction (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification
Any other certificates required by contract or local conditions.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Detailed knowledge of safety procedures and ethics
Ability to interact with a diverse group customers
Ability to motivate employees
