Software DeveloperWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented full-stack web developer tolead the creation of a new web application. The ideal candidate will beself-motivated, with the ability to design, prototype, and deliverproduction ready web products, based on loose business requirements, inmultiple operating environments. The position is well suited for individualswho thrive in self-taught, research environments and will assist withvetting new technologies for use in the production application.The following technologies are applicable to the project.HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript(ECMAScript 5/6)NET C#, Node.js, NginxSQL Server, ElasticSearch, Mongo, RedisJavascript Frameworks: Angular, React, JQuery, IonicTooling: LESS, SASS, Compass, Gulp, Grunt, Visual Studio, Brackets, SublimeTesting: Karma, Mocha, Jasmine, NUnitWindows, OSX, Linux, Azure The application will have a very broad reach and impact across the Tylercustomer base as the customer's first point of contact while migrating tonew Tyler software platforms; therefore, the usability and design of theapplication will be a primary focus. While there is significant independence required in this position, therewill also be coaching provided by one of Tyler's senior architectdesigners, who has built an initial prototype. We don't expect applicantsto have a full range of experience with all the noted technologies, but theability to learn quickly is essential. Responsibilities:Research various technical frameworks and help make decisions rapidly onutilization.Participate in the requirement discussions to determine the best approach tonew functionality.Deliver rapid iterations ready for end users on a regular basis.Produce high quality code with limited QA at times.Design new functionality with consideration for maintenance,extensibility, efficiency, and time to market. Qualifications:Passion for developing great software.Proven history of high production.Proven history of solving complex problems and involvement in software design.Mastery of an object-oriented language.Ability to quickly learn and implement new technology platforms.Focus on time to market, while also implementing excellent design.Exhilarated by learning new things and constantly seeking to grow yourskillset.Desire to work in a fast-paced, agile environment as a member of a SCRUM team.Hunger to learn new concepts such as complicated frameworks or business rules.Ability to move a complex project forward with very little direction.Extremely strong problem solving abilities applicable to troubleshootingcomplex and abstract problems that allows you to implement creative,realistic solutions.Excellent face-to-face, verbal, and written communication.You must be intelligent, assiduous and get things done.A four-year degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience isrequired.LocationRegional (Lakewood, CO, Tempe, AZ, Lubbock, TX) Great Place to Work .and.
