Our facility in Littleton, CO (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1onHY6NoKI) has an immediate opportunity for a mid-career level Project Management and Planning Operations Representative/Scheduler to join our mission in the new Lockheed Martin Space Engineering Planning organization. In this role you will support planning and operations for short and long term tasking. Working closely with CAM’s (Control Account Managers) and Engineering, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining resource loaded engineering execution plans in support of various programs.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will….
• You will analyze effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing to identify and mitigate risk
• You will provide status, maintains metrics and prepares presentations for customers and leadership
• You will maintain weekly support to management with labor analysis, rough cut capacity and earned value metrics

• 5-7 years of previous Project Planning/Scheduling experience
• Proven ability in utilizing MS Project and MS Excel for scheduling and analysis
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management, Risk Management, and/or Capacity Planning.
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Firm Understanding of Earned Value
• Self-Starter and motivated to contribute to process improvements
• Control Account Manager (CAM) experience
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, EPDM and Data Warehouse
• Knowledge of Labor Analysis
• Root Cause and Corrective Action experience and mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects within given scope and deadlines
• Strong relationship builder with customer and team members with the ability to diplomatically work through problems
