For more than 30 years, we havebeen leading the way in hosted and cloud-based solutions.Location: Longmont, COResponsible for providing initial response and basic troubleshooting forcustomer related issues; take first line technical support customer callsand provide basic technical support, dispatching support to additionaltechnicians, as necessary; obtain, track, and close trouble tickets,ensuring issues are accurately documented; participate in the activitiesassociated with a variety of departmental projects including preparingreports, material, documentation, and coordinating tasks.Education* Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with majorcoursework in MIS, computer science, or a related field is required.Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted foreducational requirements. Canadian Education* Degree from an accredited college with major coursework in MIS, computerscience, or a related field is required.
