Neotech Mechanical Assembler, Longmont in Longmont, Colorado
Assembly of mechanical housings, systems and hardware for both stand-alone products and products containing printed circuit board assemblies. Primary work is conducted while standing utilizing hand tools (powered and manual), machinery or applicable materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling.
Use of Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on the components’ moisture sensitive levels (MSL).
Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and work instruction processes.
Identify hardware, wire assemblies, sheet metal and plastic components.
Work with miniature to large components that may require visual magnification.
Integrate electronic assemblies and cables into mechanical housings.
Use various hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters and pneumatic tools such as torque drivers, torque wrenches and screwdrivers).
Support and follow all ISO standards related to OnCore’s various Quality Management Systems. These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety and security.
Support all corporate and site 6S objectives.
Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing system (OCuity).
Perform general physical activities.
Monitor processes, materials and surroundings.
Spend time making repetitive hand motion.
Sense of urgency, successful at meeting deadlines.
Mechanical aptitude/dexterity and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification.
Pass IPC-A-610 Modules: 1, 2, 3 & 8.
High School Diploma or GED.
Compensation and Benefits:
Wage Range: $16 - $18 (Hourly Wage to be determined by the experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data)
