Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. A/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.

The Architecture Program Management lead is responsible for driving the strategy, innovation and overall direction for our Enterprise & Business Architecture program. This individual will oversee the Program Management Office (PMO) execution and direction.
The top candidates will have significant experience in partnering with solution engineering teams to design and build architecture training and certification programs. The Architecture PMO lead will have a strong track record in supporting teams, driving transformation initiatives for Architecture Programs with innovation, human centered design, and in helping non-technical people understand how technology and business design can improve their customers businesses and lives.
The Architecture PMO lead works with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts, to build a holistic EA and Business Architecture certification program and PMO designed to transform how our customers view their organization's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets to take this knowledge and ensure that the business and IT are in alignment.
The Architecture PMO lead will design, develop and protect a world class Oracle Architecture brand.
Lead the design and coordination of the training and development of architecture candidates.
Develop, mentor, consult with architecture candidates on their developmental journey to Architecture certification.
Develop and lead a vibrant Architecture Community program.
Serve as the Oracle expert on Oracle Architecture Framework - Enterprise Cloud Adoption Lifecycle (ECAL).
Be The Architecture Program thought leader for North America Applications (NAA).
Collaborate with Oracle solution engineering, sales enablement, marketing and post-sales in the development and management of a world renown Architecture Brand.
Collaborate with and active member on Oracle Global Architecture Board.
Manage a cross-departmental Architecture Certification Panel.
Track architect candidate pipeline.
Design and lead the re-certification processes
"Raise the bar" for program execution and impact on the Oracle.com business.
Track and communicate program metrics.
Over 10 years of deep Enterprise Platform knowledge and experience.
Architect skills around customer discovery, solutioning, analysis, meeting facilitation, white boarding, writing skills, strong communication
Business Architect skills specifically around Enterprise Applications implementation knowledge and experience
Program management planning and organizational skills
Understanding of Architecture certification program design and execution
Interpersonal and leadership skills - Servant Leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and program and project management.
Strong Communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience with EA Frameworks such as TOGAF, FEA/DODAF, MIT-Sloan, Zachman, Gartner, ITIL, COBIT would be highly beneficial
