Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Electrical Technician jobs in Loveland, CO. These jobs are temporary opportunities! As an Electrical Technician worker, you will perform Electrical infrastructure and equipment installation, troubleshooting, repair and general maintenance support for the plant.Responsibilities for Manufacturing Assembly jobs include but are not limited to:

+ + Conducts continuity tests and automated test functions of electrical assemblies and components. May test production modules and/or systems following written procedures.

  • Participates in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

  • Assembles chassis at intermediate level, including but not limited to PC boards, hardware, wiring and labels.

  • Assembles connector assemblies, cables and wiring harnesses.

  • Completes documentation as required by written procedure.

  • Conducts on the job training of others.

You should meet the following qualifications to be considered for an Electrical Technician job:

+ + 2 year Associates degree in electrical manufacturing or related degree (Military service may take place of degree if applied to electrical).

  • Solid knowledge and demonstrated ability follow engineering drawings and specifications to assemble and inspect electrical controls, printed circuit boards, wire cabinet systems and/ or electronic controller assemblies.

  • Demonstrates solid computer skills. Knowledge of navigation and use of the ERP system for modules relevant to area of responsibility.

  • Solid knowledge of and ability to communicate technical information to individuals.

  • The ability to interact cooperatively and collaboratively with others as a team.

  • Solid knowledge and demonstrated ability to read, interpret and use the information presented in drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams and engineering instructions to determine appropriate activities, tools and next steps in the production process as required.

  • Ability to follow work instructions.

  • Demonstrated ability to write effectively, to read and understand work documents and to communicate information clearly to coworkers and supervisor.

  • The position also involves the ability to mentor and provide guidance to members, through instruction and personal example.

  • The ability and willingness to demonstrate eagerness, enthusiasm, and optimism for work activities. This includes the ability and willingness to take ownership for work activities, to learn and understand company policies and procedures, to take independent action and complete job tasks without being instructed to complete them.

  • The ability to define, diagnose, and resolve problems. This also includes the ability to acquire and apply new knowledge and skills and the ability to integrate knowledge of current resources and constraints, priorities and manufacturing processes to determine the benefits and costs associated with key decisions

  • Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds

  • Physical Environment requires bending, standing, sitting, all of which vary in duration.
