Machine Operators. 15 temporary/full-time positions with BB Stoneworks,Inc DBA Lyons Sandstone from 10/1/2018 - 11/16/2018. Operate and tendmachines for purposes of producing, moving, and trimming raw stone andfinished stone products. Lift/carry product by hand. Count/stack/sortmaterials on pallets for packaging and shipping. Must lift/carry 100 lbs.,when necessary. Saturday work required, when necessary. Post-hire uponsuspicion of use and post-accident drug testing required of foreign anddomestic workers. Requires three months of Machine Operators experience.The employer will pay in advance or reimburse H-2B workers in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (excludingpassport fees). For workers outside reasonable commuting distances,inbound transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary,lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed, if the workercompletes half of the employment period ("50% period"), if notalready paid in full prior to the 50% period. Return transportation andsubsistence will be provided or paid for to same worker if the workercompletes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer exceptwhere the worker has employment with a subsequent employer. Transportationpayments or reimbursements will be equal to the most economical and reasonablecommon carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at arate of at least $12.26 per day of travel or the current minimum subsistenceamount published in the Federal Register, to a maximum of $51.00 per dayor the current maximum amount published in the Federal Register to workerswith acceptable receipts.The employer guarantees to offer work for a total number of work hours equalto at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 6-week period of the totalemployment period, beginning with the first work day after the arrival ofthe worker at the place of employment and ending on the expiration datespecified in this job order or its extension, if any. The employer mayinclude all hours actually worked as well as any hours offered consistent withthe job order that a worker chooses to not work, up to the maximum number ofdaily hours on the job order.If worker separation is due to voluntary abandonment, the employer will notbe responsible for providing or paying return transportation and subsistenceexpenses of the worker and the worker is not entitled to the fullthree-quarter period guarantee described above.Employer will provide without charge all tools, supplies and equipmentnecessary to perform duties assigned.JOB LOCATION: 2493 CR 37E, LYONS, CO 80540 and multiple worksiteswithin Larimer county. Employer provides incidental transport between jobsites.Wage Rate: no less than $ 15.32/hour, overtime varies at$22.98/hour. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in thespecified occupation, at the company's sole discretion, based onindividual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. A singleworkweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is weekly.Workers are paid by check on Friday. The standard work schedule is from 7:00AM until 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Employer will offer 35 hours perweek. The worker may be offered more than the stated hours per day,depending on weather and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, ordrought may affect exact working hours.The employer will make all deductions from worker's paycheck required bylaw.
