The Asset Specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining an ARCHIBUS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, which includes data from multiple groups including a computerized maintenance management system. This position will also assist and support the development and implementation of the Facility Management Program and its integration in the operations of LM. This position will report to the LMS Facility Manager.
Supporting the Facility Manager and EAM Asset Management Specialist, coordinate the development and deployment of the EAM and assist in training end-users on the use and implementation of the EAM system at various sites.
Develop, coordinate, update and assist in the implementation of the Facility Management Program.
Support the development of EAM governance and data management
Support the development of best practices protocols for the EAM system.
Oversee the receipt, monitoring and completion of work orders, routine and non-routine maintenance, and repairs to ensure the EAM system is being fully utilized.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance protocols.
Support the operations and maintenance of assigned LM facilities.
Plan, organize, direct and control project specific meetings, documents, assessments, corrective actions and other duties as assigned.
Support routine corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
Support the Real Property and Personal Property organizations, as needed, and assist other functional groups in conducting quality assurance, safety and health, and Environmental Management System (EMS) audits of facilities.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or higher;
Eight or more years of relevant experience with fixed asset and/or facility management OR equivalent combination of specialized education and experience; and
Experience with ARCHIBUS software.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
