Work assignments will vary to meetthe department s needs. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.This position is a member of the Support Staff Team.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong written and oral skills and abilities in both English and Spanish. An understanding of developmental disabilities/delays preferred. Competencies in computer operation, typing, filing, faxing,reception duties. Willingness to work as a member of the Resource Coordination team. Competent in managing time, organizing assignments and initiatingmultiple priorities. Ability to physically carry out assignments.Education/Experience High School graduate or Equivalent. Three years general office experience.Physical Activities Use computer for periods of time up to one hour throughout an eight to 10hour day. Ability to stand and walk on hard surfaces for periods of time up to onehour throughout an eight to 10 hour day. Ability to lift/push/pull/carry various objects of 10 20 poundsfrequently and 30 -40 pounds occasionally. Ability to reach to shoulder level and above.
