Job Title: Software Support EngineerJob SummaryTrimble is currently looking for an exceptional Software Support Engineer tointeract directly with our customers and join the Quadri Service and Supportteam. You will gain excellent on-the-job experience working for a rapidlygrowing software division. You will provide product support, installationassistance and training to our customers using the Quadri collaborativeinfrastructure design solution. In addition to working directly with andhelping customers, you will also design and develop tools for the efficientmonitoring, maintenance and control of Quadri Model Server to ensure optimalperformance for our customers and assist in diagnostics. Additional responsibilities include interfacing withengineering for the purpose of testing and evaluating new functionality andfeaCreate technical notes and documentationUse and customise tools for supervision, troubleshooting and diagnosticsDesired Education/Skills:Effective analytical and problem-solving skillsPositive "can do" attitude. Try to figure out how to do something evenbefore all the customer requirement data points are availableStrong verbal and written English skills. Ability to comfortably andconfidently resolve issues for customersExcellent RDBMS Postgresdb and/or Oracle SQL query and db tuning skillsComfortable reading and troubleshooting C# and C++ code2+ years of experience configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting, andmaintaining customer-facing server-side solutionsKnowledge in Cloud based frameworks such as AWS, and AzureBS/MSc. in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent degreeStrong work ethic.
