YOUR DAY Technical Assistance Center Lead, you need to know how to: * Lead the support analysts and serves as an escalation point for theteam. * Coordinate department schedule. * Review open tickets each day to ensure proper classification and timelyresponses. * Monitor incidents and identify any systematic patterns which mayrequire additional actions. De-escalates interactions with customers andresolves minor * conflicts. * Perform the work of the analyst position including working tickets andchats, answering phones, and processing voicemails and other electronicrequests, as needed. * Participate and lead improvement initiatives and implementation ofpolicies and procedures. * Coach and mentors analysts to improve performance and quality as wellas overall performance. * Coordinate orientation and training of new associates. Ensure staffcompetency through proper training techniques and conducts quality audits. * Participate in problem solving to address issues relating to patientsafety, care and service. * Support and promote effective working relationships and workseffectively as part of a department/unit team and interdepartmentally tofacilitate that departments ability to meet its goals and objectives.Collaborates with department leadership team to coordinate service with otherdepartments and promote the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. * Participate in human resource functions, including participating inthe interview process, providing feedback to leadership team oncandidates, and supporting leaders in completing performance evaluations. * Provide education/training and performance feedback for associates inthe department. * Participate in policy and procedure development. Presents and documentsstaff meetings as required. * Monitor supply and equipment inventory. Notifies leadership team ofneeded equipment repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance. Participatesin leading quality and performance improvement initiatives. * Promote mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides byservice behavior standards.
